Stephen A. Lindsley

Stephen Lindsley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Diego, College of Arts and Sciences.  He completed dual majors in Political Science and Religious Studies and received Departmental Honors in Political Science.  Steve is a 1989 graduate of the University of San Diego, School of Law. While in Law School, Steve was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Contracts and received Honors in Trial Advocacy.  He was a contributing author to the Public Interest Law Journal.

Steve began his career in 1989 in the Temecula offices of a well established Orange County law firm.  Throughout his career as an attorney, Steve has handled cases throughout Southern California, primarily in the areas of insurance coverage, complex commercial litigation, Business Litigation, Transactional law and complex Real Estate Development and Commercial Transactions. He opened his own Law Firm in the Temecula Valley Area in 2000, and joined Robert DeNichilo in 2009.  Steve continues to handle complex Business, Real Estate and Commercial Transactional and Litigation matters for a variety of entities including Homeowner Associations, corporations, non-profit associations, real property development entities and individual land owners and developers.  Steve is well known in the Temecula Valley as a real estate and commercial transactional and litigation attorney.  He has received acclaim as an aggressive business advocate and negotiator.

In addition to litigating matters throughout all of Southern California, Steve has represented his clients before numerous governmental bodies, including the Temecula, Murrieta, and Lake Elsinore City Councils and Planning Commissions.  He has also advocated matters on behalf of his clients before the U.S. Congress and California Legislature.  Steve is a former Congressional Staff Member with assignments in California and Washington, D.C.
